Hi, I’m Chelsea!
My passion for event planning began with my own wedding and has since grown into a love for creating meaningful, beautifully executed celebrations. Originally from the beautiful island of Guam, I now call Lynnwood, Washington home.
I earned my B.S. in Information Technology and Administrative Management from Central Washington University, and while my background is rooted in Operations, I’m now pursuing my true passion in event planning.
With experience as a wedding assistant and over three years in event logistics, I specialize in creating meaningful, stress-free events that reflect each couple’s unique vision. From intimate weddings to grand celebrations, as well as birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, and social gatherings, my focus is always on clear communication, trusted vendor relationships, and meticulous attention to detail so you can truly enjoy every moment.
When I’m not planning events, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, discovering new coffee shops, hanging out with my fur babies and cohosting Socially Her Events Seattle, a community-focused initiative I run with my best friend.
