Services Included:
Two virtual planning sessions (in-person meetings available)
One in-person meeting during your venue tour to discuss logistics
One Lead Planner and Event Assistant
Timeline creation for the wedding day
Coordination with all vendors (confirming bookings, contracts, etc.)
Ceremony and reception coordination
Decoration set-up and teardown
Rehearsal dinner coordination
On-site presence from start to finish (usually 8 -10 hours)
Price: $800 - $1,200

Bridal Shower Planning: $300 - $500
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination: $300 - $500
Extended Event Coverage (for events longer than 10 hours): $100/hour
Travel Fee (for locations outside the planner’s coverage area): $0.50/mile or flat fee based on distance
25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
