Partial Wedding Planning

For couples who already started planning but want expert support to tie all the pieces together seamlessly. Beginning 12 months prior to your wedding, we step in to elevate your vision, refine the details, and ensure everything flows beautifully.

Planning Support Includes:

  • Unlimited communication through email or text. Virtual meetings to review planning progress and finalize details. (Available for In-person meetings upon request)

  • Venue tour to ensure a smooth flow, effective layout, and design implementation

  • Vendor recommendations and selection assistance for caterers, photographers, florists, and more

  • Vendor and contract negotiation (as needed)

  • Budget tracking and management to stay aligned with your vision and priorities

  • Custom wedding timeline and schedule creation

  • Design consultation for color palettes, décor elements, and overall wedding style

  • One Lead Planner and Event Assistant

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

Wedding Day Coordination Includes:

  • Setup and teardown management — no stress on you or your guests

  • Full execution of design + styling based on your vision

  • 8–12 hours of on-site coordination with lead and assistant planner

  • Vendor communication + timeline management to keep the day on track

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • On-site presence from start to finish (usually 8 -12 hours)

Price: $1,800 - $2,200


Day of Coordinator

For couples who have planned their own wedding but need professional assistance on the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Services Included:

  • Two virtual planning sessions (in-person meetings available)

  • One in-person meeting during your venue tour to discuss logistics

  • One Lead Planner and Event Assistant

  • Timeline creation for the wedding day

  • Coordination with all vendors (confirming bookings, contracts, etc.)

  • Ceremony and reception coordination

  • Decoration set-up and teardown

  • Rehearsal dinner coordination

  • On-site presence from start to finish (usually 8 -10 hours)

Price: $800 - $1,200

    • Engagement Party Coordination: $300 - $500

    • Bridal Shower Planning: $300 - $500

    • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination: $300 - $500


Extended Event Coverage (for events longer than 10 hours): $100/hour

Travel Fee (for locations outside the planner’s coverage area): $0.50/mile or flat fee based on distance

25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
