Unlimited communication through email or text. Virtual meetings to review planning progress and finalize details. (Available for In-person meetings upon request)
Venue tour to ensure a smooth flow, effective layout, and design implementation
Vendor recommendations and selection assistance for caterers, photographers, florists, and more
Vendor and contract negotiation (as needed)
Budget tracking and management to stay aligned with your vision and priorities
Custom wedding timeline and schedule creation
Design consultation for color palettes, décor elements, and overall wedding style
One Lead Planner and Event Assistant
Ceremony rehearsal coordination

Setup and teardown management — no stress on you or your guests
Full execution of design + styling based on your vision
8–12 hours of on-site coordination with lead and assistant planner

Services Included:
Two virtual planning sessions (in-person meetings available)
One in-person meeting during your venue tour to discuss logistics
